Mike Ferrara
Broker / Owner
Born and raised in Queens, NY and now residing in Suffolk County for over 25 years, Mike has been in the business world since the age of 13 starting at his family's business in Garden City Park, NY.
Mike's drive to own and operate businesses started when he was working at his Grandmother's family pizzeria. At that young age, he learned how to cook, operate, market, hire, and run a successful family business. One of the biggest benefits he obtained working at the pizzeria was the ability to serve the public. He truly excelled in this role. From hand delivering garlic knots to prospective customers in the neighborhood to making everyone feel welcome and "part of the family", he truly enjoyed this aspect of the business.
Once they sold the business, Mike went on to briefly work for a barter company before starting his own limo company, Dynamic Limousine, and has successfully operated this business up until today being run by his manager. He has also successfully owned a junk removal business from 2012-2016 before selling it to a competitor.
All his past experiences culminated in 2017 when he procured his real estate license. The first year in, he had a modest 2 sales, one buyer & one seller that he successfully served. Since then, he has closed over 125 transactions helping countless buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, as well as commercial clients! He is attentive, responsive, focused, engaged, will make you laugh, and most importantly doesn't have the client stress because he will always answer a call from a client even at 11p on a Sunday! Now he is Broker/Owner of HomeSmart Dynamic Realty not only training and working with his agents to get them up to speed, but he still handles his clients with their real estate transactions.
